• We are not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping or mishandling after delivery. If this occurs, we will be more than happy to see how we can help resolve the issue with you. Please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
➤ Policy: Because each item is custom-made and sent into production right away, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept cancellations or returns (some exceptions may be considered depending on the situation). This is because every hoodie is embroidered and made specifically for you and cannot be restocked once production begins.
