Care Instructions:
To keep your item soft, vibrant, and long-lasting, please follow these guidelines:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
• Use mild detergent only
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Avoid dry cleaning

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
We want you to love your order and are happy to help if something is not right.
✅ Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Please message us with your order number, the item in question, and clear photo(s) and a short video if there is a defect or issue.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (include tags/packaging when applicable).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend a trackable service.
• After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
• If you prefer an exchange, we will process it after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back.
🛠️ Our Error or Defect
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it.
• Please contact us right away with clear photos and a brief video of the issue so we can help promptly.
🕛 Cancellations and Order Changes
• Orders are sent to production almost instantly after purchase, so cancellations are not accepted.
• Please double check your name, shipping address, item, size, color, and quantity before submitting the order.
• For personalized items, verify spelling, capitalization, dates, and design details prior to checkout, as each item is custom made.
• Changes requested after purchase may not be possible. If you notice an error, message us immediately with your order number. We will do our best to assist before production is complete, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Processing and Shipping
⏱️ Production Time: Most orders are sent to production promptly after purchase and are made and ready to ship within 1–2 business days after being sent to production. On rare occasions, production may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping Options:
• Economy Mail: 2–5 business days (Not offered internationally)
• Standard Mail: 5–8 business days
Holiday Orders: Please order early to avoid seasonal delays. Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

International Orders:
• Customs and Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
• Tracking: International tracking transfers to your local carrier once the package enters your country.
