Custom Design Policy:
We love creating special designs, but please note that we cannot accept requests containing profanity, copyrighted material, vulgar or offensive content, bullying, or anything inappropriate. All custom work must reflect positivity, kindness, and respect.

Care Instructions:
To keep your item soft, vibrant, and long-lasting, please follow these guidelines:
• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
• Use mild detergent only
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Avoid dry cleaning

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
We want you to love your order and are happy to help if something is not right.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item only if item is has an error or damaged due to our fault.
Our Error or Defect
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it.
• Please message us with your order number, the item in question, and clear photo(s) and a short video if there is a defect or issue promptly.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (include tags/packaging when applicable).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend a trackable service.
• After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Cancellations and Order Changes
• Orders are sent to production almost instantly after purchase, so cancellations are not accepted.
• Please double check your name, shipping address, item, size, color, and quantity before submitting the order. If address is incorrect and the item gets sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship it to the correct address.

Holiday Orders: Please order early to avoid seasonal delays. Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

International Orders:
• Customs and Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
